In an environment where dermatology NP/PA compensation is on the rise, job candidates seek to set themselves apart and demonstrate their value to a prospective employer. That’s where a production explanation sheet comes in, says Michelle Sullentrup, CEO and Founder of myDermRecruiter in the latest episode of the Dermalorian™ podcast.
“When you’re getting into a point where you are going to talk about specifics of your contributions or your accomplishments, that’s when I tell people to have ready to share a production explanation,” she says.
She advises listing out collections, average patients seen per day, and other relevant data over a period of time, such as the last five years.
