Acne age 22- help

Hi! I have been dealing with acne since I was 14/15- I’m 22 now. Recently in the last few months it has gotten a lot worse. In my life I’ve tried countless creams, accutane, acne specific birth control, skin care products, and more. I am currently using clindamycin/benzoyl gel and it was working for a bit but now my acne is flairing up again. Help, does anyone have any suggestions?
