started antibiotics (minocycline 100mg) & birth control (taro cyproterone), how long until i start seeing positive results?

it's only been a week, and i know there's a period of purging before anything good happens, but i'm already stressed enough as it is and i just need reassurance that my skin will get better eventually and not just spiral downwards forever.
