Does anyone else only get acne on one specific part of your body?

I only break out right above my elbows on the top parts of my arms on both arms in the same spot. If anyone has had breakouts here what has helped the most with it? I have tried everything and nothing helps it. And the scarring is really starting to effect me mentally ugh!
