Laser or skin treatments

Im in my 40s and still getting acne. I’ve been on 4 courses of accutane and tried numerous other treatments since the age of 12. The accutane always works pros, but acne eventually comes back after finishing treatment. I can’t go on the pill that helps acne as it causes depression for me. My next step is to try a sin treatment like laser or something. Not sure what’s out there.
