Help me identify my skin concern.

Hi guys, could you please help me out with a routine to save my skin. I don’t know what to do at this point. I thought it was damage barrier and stopped all the routines and stuck with cleanser, moisturizer and sunscreen but it broke me out so bad. So I started using my actives.
