How to fix this?

I get these bumps under my chin and I'm not sure what to do to get rid of them.

My skincare routine: Benzoyl peroxide cream every night Exfoliation daily Moisturizer as needed with clinique Retinol under eyes Salicylic acid wipes 2% in the morning and at night

My diet is the best it's ever been and I'm not lactose intolerant or celiac.

Please help!
