How do I get rid of zits asap??

Hi guys , I need help!!!! I am getting married this upcoming weekend and I managed to get 3 cystic massive painful zits all right next to each other on my chin. They quite literally look like a constellation on my face. How can I get rid of these asap? My dermatologist can’t take me in for one of those shots , spot treatments aren’t working and these usually take forever to go away. Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you!
