Cystic Pimple for 3 weeks

I had a cystic pimple form on my chin on 2/26 and I did end up popping it (I know I shouldn’t have). Normally when I do this within a week it heals and the mark slowly disappears. This time I’ve had a weirdly shaped bump that has stayed really red and am close to 3 weeks. It no longer hurts, but I have no idea what to do to make it disappear…Any recommendations?
