What can I do?

I’ve never had forehead acne until this year, and my acne has gotten worse. I’ve tried many different cleansers and stuff but i’m trying to keep it simple, but still haven’t picked the best combo for my skin. I’m not sure what to do.. I have oily-combo skin.
