What tf do I do with this fat pimple that became inflammed 2 days ago when my period started?

This thing was like a very small pimple since the end of March and suddenly it became inflammed and freaking bigger since Friday and it's swollen and red and genuinely so annoying. I tried icing, also I forgot what it's called but that electrical zapper thing, as well as salicylic fash wash, niacinimide serum, and a salicylic(2%)+ niacinimide(6%) acne spot corrector.
