Doxycycline and dairy
Guys, good evening, how are you? Man, 20 years old
I've been treating acne (it's not severe, if that's important information) for 13 days - treatment will last, in total, 30 days - and, during part of that period (I believe almost half), I ended up consuming dairy products.
And, as I haven't noticed any considerable progress in the fight against acne (few details are changing), I ended up researching and discovering that Doxycycline with dairy is not legal.
I saw that the ideal is to consume two hours before, or two hours after, but I'm almost sure that on some days, I ended up consuming at least an hour before or after, or perhaps less time. Did you understand?
Hence, some questions: - Does treatment with Doxycycline start to show more results in the second/third week?
- Did I “lose” the progress I could have made due to dairy products (only cheese)? Or just a retard? What is the impact of this?
Thank you to anyone who can give this strength!
