New Form Of Acne

Hi everyone. I need help treating this pimple. (the title is just for exposure) It first showed up June 6th as a red flamed bump which hurt so I put ice over it. (It’s about to be a month of having this) It revealed to be a huge “pimple” on my nose that was bigger than this image im showing. At some point it seemed SUPERR popable so I made sure to wash gently to not accidentally tear it, but that same day as I washed my face a chunk of skin came off from it 😅 It appears to have multiple white circles inside. Additionally, it originally also had this little exposed white head on the rim/ apart of it that which I wanted to remove but didn’t want to risk damaging the whole area. This is my THIRD year in a row receiving one of these on right on my nose (they come once a year straight in my nose) In the past I tried popping it while it was in the healing phase and the skin was tougher. That led to a bump forming right next to the pimple where the pus exited out of there instead, it freaked me out really badly😓 It heals really weirdly sometimes leaving a 3D bump behind sometimes.
