What products should I use for my red and hard acne??

It's been about a month since I came to the U.S. and I have a lot of big red acne on my chin and cheeks. I don't know what acne products to use in the U.S. I think CeraVe products fit well, so please recommend a cleanser and any helpful acne products!!
