Concerned About Recent Breakout

I’m a 16 year old male who’s never really had acne problems in his life, and randomly starting last week I had a breakout on the top left portion of my forehead. I’ve used facial cleanser and moisturizer everyday for months and hadn’t had any problems whatsoever.
