Small breakouts after moving into dorms—need advice

Ever since I got to college, I’ve started breaking out. I finished Accutane a couple of months ago, and I’ve been on tretinoin while sticking to a simple routine. My skin had been clear, but ever since I moved into my dorm and started using the communal bathrooms, I’ve been getting small breakouts. It’s not bad, just little red bumps. What can I do to fix it? My diet has been pretty much the same.
