Still breaking out 8th month accutane

I’m a 25M currently on my second round of accutane. My first round I was on 40/40/60/60/70/70/70/40, cleared up my skin but relapsed in 3 months. I’m currently at the 8th month of my second round, taking 60mg a day (dosage over the last 8 months has been 30/40/50/50/60/60/60/60, im 135lbs). I’m unfortunately still getting a bunch of breakouts, not sure what to do because I have to stop accutane due to side effects (eyes, gut, hair loss). Ive tried pretty much every otc and prescription creams, as well as every diet related method (no sugar, dairy).
