Prescription burning

I started Benzoyl peroxide with clindamycin and trentinoin 2 weeks ago and it was going well. My acne cleared and my skin color evened. But 2 days ago my face started to burn and feel very dry and irritated. Today it’s so much worse. My face is very tight and won’t stop burning. I’ve been moisturizing too. I’ve stopped using both of the scripts as of yesterday but.. I’m worried. My face looks kind of puffy from the irritation (not terribly) and nothing helps the burning sensation.
