small red pimples

does anyone know what these small red pimples are? and how to get rid of them? they’re small and red and sometimes get a whitehead. usually my pimples go away after a couple days but this breakout has lasted 2-3 weeks. any help or product recommendations would be great submitted by /u/emmasutton8 [link] [comments]
