What i am doing wrong?

Hello all, I have been having these breakouts from past year. I did have some acne from atleast a decade but these are out of control now. My diet is pretty much okay. Very less sugar and dairy. My menstrual cycle is pretty good too. I went to a derm and she gave me biacna gel. I used it for 3 months and nothing happened at all. I have a lot of redness but its not issue for me . I always had it even as a kid. My skincare is pretty much simple: Facewash: Centella and panoxyl Moisturizer: Dr. Althea 345 and Cicaplast Baume Differin gel Biore sunscreen I have been using differin gel for over a month.
