Acne tips

So I'm 21m, i never dated but I didn't care as much before and as outgoing, but last month I've been trying to get a job but no one wants to hire me baha, finally got a job now. Im wondering if girls care about mild face acne, and scars on forehead, cheek, neck All my friends are mostly stoners and/ or introverts and they're to sensitive and relaxed aha, it's not challenging me or lining up with the lifestyle I want, but my social skills aren't really good.
