Is there any remedy to acne scars that works or lightens them significantly over time?

Im 22 and im on Testosterone and it has jumpstarted my cystic acne up again. I had gone on accutane about 2 years ago before starting testosterone, this is something I'm not willing to stop just willing to work with until after my surgery in a few weeks. But I wanted to know what do you guys use that works for scar treatment?
