Advice for acne on back and shoulders

Hi this is my first post on here. I, 15F, have had bad acne since I was young (on face, neck, chest, shoulders and back). It's deep and painful on my shoulders and chest but I've also started to notice I've got some on my lower back, on my spine, and some between my shoulder blades.

I've also got some on my neck and jaw which are really deep and painful and have scarred over.

I've been using a variety of different treatments over the years including Avène Cleanance products which just dried out my skin significantly - even with the same brand moisturizer.

Any advice?
