Getting rid of the scars/bumps + preventing future flareups?

Hi everybody, i’ve always struggled with acne since high school and my back acne was rampant then, it’s not so active anymore (but still flares up every now and then), looking for a way to get rid of my ugly ugly scars :(. worst that won’t go away is the little bumps that still feel like there’s some sort of “liquid” in them but have been there for years and don’t hurt to touch .
