Advice for this?

I use cerave SA renewing cleanser and Thayers witch hazel toner. I stopped using cerave daily moisturizer because I suspect it was causing my closed comedones. These little bumps and redness on my chin just showed up a couple months ago. I don’t think they’re closed comedones though, maybe fungal acne?
