What am I doing wrong 💀

Im currently washing my face every night with panoxyl 10% foaming wash in the shower the massive cysts have stopped forming but damn I can't use any lotion either afterwards cause (I've tried gel too) cause I get massive cystic acne within a couple hours. Plus my face get extremely oily anyways it's never dry 🤷‍♂️ It's mainly on the lower half of my face and sometimes between my eyebrows. I wash my pillow case often and it's silk.
