please help with my acne!! tips or advice greatly appreciated

I have had comedones for the past year and nothing seems to be helping. I've used adapalene already and it was working at first (purging and such) but then it just kinda stopped? i'm not exactly sure. i've also tried BHA and panoxyl. i can't afford to go see a derm and there isn't any in my area anyway. any advice on that? i am starting to think accutane is my only hope and i don't know if that's possible. please help and my apologies for the poor photos. i have combo skin that leans oily morning routine: i use cetaphil gentle skin cleanser + skin1004 centella ampoule serum + spf night routine: micellar water (i've used an oil cleanser before and i couldn't tell if it broke me out or not. yes i emulsified and used on dry skin) same cleanser + adapalene + cosrx snail mucin gel cream submitted by /u/scarbadoobee [link] [comments]
