Help!!! Acne marks

I had severe acne a year back and my dermatologist gave me tretin 0.025 recently started using 0.05, started using it regularly and the acne went down rn i have a lot of acne marks all over my face and tiny bumps too Then i started seeing these white spots on my face even before increasing concentration , my mom told me this was calcium deficiency so i checked it and it was normal took some pills for calcium anyways Is this white spots due to tretin and what can i do for acne marks will tretin help with it?? submitted by /u/No-Budget-7296 [link] [comments]
