swollen and painful

• currently 2.5 weeks into Accutane photo 1 was 3 days ago, photo 2/3 is today (12 hours apart)

I'm waiting for a response from a dermatologist but in the meantime I want to know if others dealt with something similar. My entire bottom mouth has been throbbing and hurting the whole time. I've been trying to moisturize as best as I can but is there anything else I can do to calm it down
