Huge pimple/cyst(?idk)- is benzoyl peroxide gel good for this?

This monster appeared a couple days ago and I made the mistake of popping it (or trying to). It is obviously way worse now. I put benzoyl peroxide gel 5% on it which is what you see in the last photo (sorry) wondering if that is the right move…? submitted by /u/International_Self93 [link] [comments]
