Help with back acne? See

Hey everyone, I have been dealing with ongoing back acne for the last few years. Sometimes worse than others. I have NEVER had acne on my face besides i guess some occasional blackheads on my nose. I only have ever had back acne and just cannot seem to get rid of it. Theres tons of black heads and they seem to get irritated and cause redness.
