Any tips for nose acne?

I’ve been dealing with nose acne for 2 years my nose is always red. It occasionally gets like this and it’s VERY painful. I use panoxyl 4% which is tremendous for my forehead acne but not for my nose and around mouth. I might go to a dermatologist 😩😫but any tips right now submitted by /u/Best_Brick_7212 [link] [comments]
