Fast digesting carbs & acne

TLDR: I want to start eating simple stuff like bread etc. again because I find myself spending way too much time on cooking. Sometimes after a long day at work I just want to buy some ham & cheese sandwich and be done with it.

However, I'm too afraid to experiment as my dermatologist says that diet directly affects the skin condition and my strict diet (that COMPLETELY excludes fast carbs, ultraprocessed food, all the unnecessary chemical stuff, sugar, and all dairy products) should be permanent.

My acne has been gone for a while now. I have not had a single pimple on my face for way over 6 months, I think. My face is completely clean. But what if it comes back if I ease up on my dietary restrictions?

Will be glad if any of you guys shares their experience/thoughts on the topic. Thanks!
