I can’t even go out anymore.

Ive had pretty bad acne for about 2 years now and about 3-4 months ago I was prescribed with accutane, but I ran out of it about 3 weeks ago and haven’t been able to pay for it right now. Im very worried about taking a break in between and am trying to get more as soon as possible because I’m not sure if it will affect it. My acne just started clearing up before I ran out and now it looks worse than ever, It even spread to my shoulders and chest (ignore my pectus excavatum and flared ribcage thats a whole different insecurity) I bleed through shirts and recently found blood on my pillowcase and sheets, I havent gotten a haircut in months because its so bad on my neck, I havent gone to the gym in forever, I havent been motivated at all and just sit inside all day being lazy.
