How come everytime I use a pimple patch my pimple bleeds when I take it off

I do use salicylic acid every morning for my skincare routine but I usually put it on at night. Idk if that does anything. I have sensitive skin and I don’t leave it on too long either. I use this Korean brand one I got called care plus
