Anyone know what these bumps are + any advice on current routine?

Hi there, I have struggled with some bumps on my skin and recently went on differin to get rid of them. However, damaged my skin barrier and ever since then, my skin has just been super red, has acne and the white bumps hasn’t gone away. My skin (24F) is now always super dry and its difficult to put on makeup :( Does anyone know what the bumps might be? I don’t think its fungal acne as they aren’t itchy and doesn’t seem like closed comodomes either since there isn’t a head. Also, don’t think its millia as they don’t feel hard I only have these bumps on my cheeks and around my eyes - nothing on my forehead or chin. Anyone know what these bumps might be or any thoughts on my current routine? Thank you so much!
