Acne help please

I’m 19 years old and never had to deal with acne at all. Went through all of puberty without anything at all. Recently the past 2 months I’ve had a bunch of acne randomly appear around my temples and don’t know what to do or how to get rid of it since I’ve never had to deal with anything like this. I am always hydrated, eat fairly clean and workout regularly.
