Hellooo!! Is it still possible to get pimples before your period even if you’re using Adapalene and Tretinoin? Is this because hormonal acne is influenced by internal factors that topical treatments can’t fully control?

Ps. I didn't purged, irritated, nor experienced dryness. Along with these retinoid, I am using moisturiser :)
